Founded in 2018 with one mission: to be the disruptive management company in the golf and hospitality industry through the application of new ideas, technologies, and operational efficiencies.
OUR WORK
Alliance Management was founded to combine the resources and expertise of Oxford Greens, a top-5 ranked Connecticut course, with Tunxis Country Club, New England's largest golf complex, under a central leadership team. In 2020, Alliance Golf Management expanded its portfolio to include Silo Point Country Club (previously known as Heritage Village Country Club), a premium private club experience, as well as Red Tail Golf Club, the 2nd ranked golf course in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2022, Blackhawk Country Club (previously known as Oronoque Country Club) was acquired as the second private club to join the Alliance portfolio.

Joshua M. McKim, PGA
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Josh has over 15 years of corporate golf management experience and is a PGA Certified Professional in Executive Management. With a wide depth of business acumen, he has a proven track record of increasing EBITDA at every one of our properties. Josh was named the 2019 Top Professional In Hospitality Management by the International Association of Top Professionals. Josh is also dedicated to the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Britain/Meriden YMCA.
Albert W. Tomasso, MHCI
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
A native of Central Connecticut, Albert has an undergraduate degree from Stanford and a Masters of Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University. Albert brings a fresh, high-tech perspective to the golf and hospitality industry. He worked previously in consumer experience research & design for Disneyland, and is passionate about building innovative services, systems and organizations.
Tori Pisco, MS, BA
Executive Vice President
Tori works with our on-site teams to ensure that our members and guests are provided consistent value both on and off the course. Her career began in marketing in the music & entertainment industry and through these unique live experiences she transitioned into special event management while continuing her work in digital marketing. Tori holds a M.S. in Integrated Marketing from New York University, and a B.A. in Economics and Marketing from La Salle University.

Bryan A. Barrington, GCSAA
Co-Founder & VP of Agronomy
Bryan is a graduate of The University of Rhode Island with a B.S in Plant Science and Turf Grass Management with over 20 years' experience in the golf business. He has successfully developed two of New England’s best public golf courses, Red Tail Golf Club in Devens, Massachusetts and The Golf Club at Oxford Greens in Oxford, Connecticut. Bryan joins his agronomic and business acumen to develop successful business plans for the courses he oversees.
Aaron Czajka
Vice President of Operations
Aaron's career began in cart barns, kitchens and maintenance shops before growing to leading more than 1,000 employees of all facility types, spanning 16 states and every region of the continental United States. He is an award-winning operator with a proven track record of delivering financial results for private-equity, single & multi-unit, HOA, REIT, municipal and corporate golf course owners. Aaron supports our operations teams through the design & implementation of data-based decision systems and powerful revenue generating programming while ensuring consistent execution. He is a dog lover, our company foodie, and has never missed a cut on the PGA Tour.
Shelley Caccavale, BS
Member Relations
Shelley handles various aspects of Member support and retention across our private clubs, Silo Point Country Club and Oronoque Country Club. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, where she received a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance. Shortly after graduating, Shelley entered the golf industry and has held positions as Club Accountant and Director of Operations over the past 20 years. Through these roles she has proven to be accurate and efficient in her work, and she is dedicated to developing and maintaining administrative and procedural processes to make the member experience as seamless as possible.
